Wiring help... (help selecting wire)

Wiring help! Por Favor.

I will be getting some new component speakers, 2 channel amp, and 3sixty.1 sound processer for Christmas (Running through stock 2004 Accord HU).

I want to pick up wire for this thing but im not sure what I need. Can you guys give me some help on what to get. Im looking at knukonceptz.com but not sure exactly what I need to get it all set up.

I also want to pick up a cable that will go from my MP3 player to the 3.sixty.1's RCA inputs but Im having trouble finding that cable as well.

Can someone also explain to me whats up with adding batteries to your car for your sound system. I always hear people referring to their yellowtops but don't understand. Do you need to add batteries or what?
