Wiring feedback - how can it be stopped?

I have a BMW X3 and installed a DICE device to play my iPod. Over time, it has this incredible feedback, and I have returned the device once. I am convinced it is in the line/wires of the car not the device. I have added chokes onto the wires, but it does not do anything. Any suggestions? It is the manufacturing bundle of wires that was set up to hook up a CD changer in the car, so I did not rewire anything specifically, it is something that all BMWs use. I just feel that there is some way to fix this thing, but I am clueless on the electrical wiring options.

Thanks!

It's not "feedback". It is engine whine. It happens when you have a bad ground. That factory harness has an incredibly poor ground. Add a wire from the harness's ground to a paint free portion of the body.

Thanks for your reply. the wires are all bunched together to a clip that hooks to the device, is that easy to separate out the ground?
Everything is relative. If you have a color coded chart showing you which wire is which... yes it could be simple. If you have electronics experience and a digital multimeter then you could determine which is ground on your own. If none of the aforementioned describes you, it could be nearly impossible.
