Wiring batteries in parrallel

You cannot really make that assumption in terms of power because you have to have something to support the batteries, ie you alternator. But yes if you parallel them together you will be getting double the capacity.

I knew that, but i just wanted to know if it was worth linking another batt compared to buying one the same AH rating as both linked

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
