Wiring batteries in parrallel

If i buy an HC1800 now and wire it up, then later on get another HC1800 and wire + to + and - to - would that mean i have double the capacity, which would == up to 3600 watts?

You cannot really make that assumption in terms of power because you have to have something to support the batteries, ie you alternator. But yes if you parallel them together you will be getting double the capacity.

Yes more AH is always a good thing if you can keep them up.

I knew that, but i just wanted to know if it was worth linking another batt compared to buying one the same AH rating as both linked

being the exact same battery having 2 1800 paralleled is more or less the same as having 1 3600.
