i have an audiobahn A8002V, i know, not greatest, will get better one later. i have a DVC 2ohm sub, i have it wired to 4ohms bridged now, the amp is rated good to 2ohms stereo, if i wire it to 1ohm, will it be stable since the amp doesn't actually see it as that when i play music due to impedance rise, or probably not and go into protect mode?

I wouldn't because you'll run into alot of heat, that destroys all the internals. It will be constantly going into protect. Just general bad stuff.

Look for a new amp to do power @ 1ohm. look into hifonics Brutus series for a cheaper amp that'll do 1ohm.

i have been looking at that amp, thank you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
