Wiring a 1998 Cadillac Deville for Bluetooth

I'm trying to stream music from my iPhone on my old Cadillac. I'm currently using an FM transmitter I got off Amazon that plugs into the lighter, but I get a lot of static from radio transmissions this way. I looked at a few more powerful transmitters, but what I would really like to do is get an upgrade hardwired into the car. I went to a shop in town that put in a power connection from my new radar detector direct to the fuse box, and they tried to sell me a new deck, with all the trimmings, for almost $600 parts and labor. I don't want to put that kind of money into it, as I'll just end up buying a new car in a few years anyway, and there's nothing wrong with the existing radio and stereo systems.

Can anyone suggest compatible bluetooth kits of high quality that a professional could install? I'm primarily interested in the music, but hands free talk would be great also. Looking for something that can be wired into the existing radio/stereo. This car doesn't have an aux audio in jack, or I would just buy one of those. It has to go directly into the radio "under the hood."

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
