Wiring 12 speakers in a Malibu boat

im pretty sure the problem Nathan is having is trying to wire 12 speakers into a single 4 channel amp, if possible, and not drop the impedence below where the amp cant handle them. I think, thats his problem he is having, but we will just have to wait until he gets back on and straighten out whatever i said was wrong.

Take 3 speakers, wire them in series to 12 ohm, do the same to the balance of the speakers to create four 12 ohm pairs. Parallel two of the pairs together, do the same to the other side. Connect the 2 pairs of 6 speakers to the bridged outputs of the amplifier, thus making it a 3 channel. It should be plenty loud enough. I would try this route first and see what the results are, then if the results are not as wanted, a second high power 2 channel or 4 channel to drive the tower speakers. I would also look around for a inline volume control. I know Rockford and Pioneer used to make them, plugs right into the rca lines. This will give you a separate volume control on the tower speakers if you do the two amp route.
