It is so hard to find info on this product or possible faults. My wired remote is not functioning. I cant change source, input, adjust volume, sub, whatever. I already updated the software, firmware, and changed the cat5 cable to a short one.

When I change the settings on in the software, the lights on the remote reflect the changes I've made once I disconnect the USB, so there is some type of communication happening, I just can't change anything from the remote.

I went to fosgates site and it seems they know about it and have made some seemingly useless suggestions. I've used cat5 for a very long time and have never seen emi affect communication in such a destinct and consistent manner.

Has anyone here experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? Did RFs suggestions help? My 360 is right beside my amp (alpine pdx9) but so are my high and low level lines and I'm getting NO noise, so I doubt the emi thing is a factor...and the cat5 isnt running across any lines or products carrying current of any kind.

Also, if anyone knows, whats the deal with the two rf ports? (yes I did try both ports to try and fix this)

Thanks.
