after reading the whole thread. (don't want to tick anyone off ) it seem like wire= wire...

bottom line is don't waste money on Monster cable.. just buy some decent 12 guage to hook up to speaker???

I ask because i being shopping for wire to hook up my system... I'm aiming for the best SQ from my front focal Utopia Speaker. Monster seem to be what the saleman told me to buy. but Moster wired compare to other is like almost 2X in price....

would or could U tell the difference in SQ between Monster Vs walmart brand wire???

please keep in mind that I'm aiming for SQ...... but don't want to waste money where is not necessary...

Well, there are some people who claim to be able to hear differences. Are there differences in SQ? If there are, than less than 1% of 1% of 1% of the people on this planet would be able to hear the differences //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif So I wouldn't worry about that too much. BUT, when dealing with expensive equipment as you are, I'd go with the "better" quality wire because it should be less susceptible to oxidation and corrosion, and it will have a higher quality insulation jacket that should be more durable and such. But I wouldn't go with the "better" wire for any SQ benefits

kicker is compin out with wire...the 1/0 gauge wire can be tied in a knot ..it is so flexible...
