what consists of the big 3?

will i notice much difference in my electrical and the drops i am getting now will it help

i only have a 135amp alt and a duralast 1000amp batt with i think 4 guage is used for the big 3 as of now its a f150 supercrew so i would think its a 4 guage

I just did the Big 3 on an Expedition and factory wires were tiny. They were more like 12 gauge at the most

wow are you serious well maybe thats why i get such a big drop with only 500 watts and my lights dim

yes, when i did my big 3, it did more then a alt and a battery did.

wow ok much wire should i look into getting because my voltage drops from 13.8-14.4 to about 12.6-13.5 just with my headlights on

also so to do the big 3 i can just disconnect the pos wire hooked up to the alt and the neg hooked up to the chasis and the neg hooked up to the engine right i dont have to worry about factory wiring and try to hookinto that do i

or at the worst just can i get a 2100/2400 upfront

Not mine a friends. Stock batt with a Kin 2400. For a Hifonics Herc 2k@1 ran at .5 ohm. Voltage drop was around .3-.5 volts at full tilt

do you need the fuse holders?

Fuses are optional. But 1 is recommened for the run from the alt to battery.

wow so if i do the big 3 and have a 135amp alt and a duralast 1000amp alt should i be able to run a zx1500 and a zx850.4 with no problems

will have them tuned to have right around 2kwatts between both
