Winisd graph help/opinion

I need help with graph explanation. Looking for boom bass or thumping chest moving bass. Listen to mostly, dubstep, club, house, electronic type music. I have 1998 Pontiac Sunfire coupe and 300 watts for each sub (dvc sub getting 150 watts per voice coil).

In WinisD, is it better to have (frequency)Flatline at 0db and gradually roll off at the -3db line? When there is a rise in frequency, does that mean at that particular hz its loudest?

Any simple explanation would help

just a note, please keep unhelpful remarks to yourself, also, I realize that 300 watts/sub is not nearly enough to rip the car apart!
