Windshield cracked..need some advice

I was going to just get it repaired...but the crack is from the inside..and safe auto said they can't repair the inside. So I was looking at maybe any other alternative before I spend 200 for an new windshield

Once again, not sure how ur state operates, but here in Florida its against the law to have a cracked widshield if it is in the drivers view, so insuance fixes it for free. I had mine done a cpl. mths ago, and it DOESN'T make your insurance go up here, due to it being a law.

If it's not to new of a car just go to a junk yard if they have them by you will save alot of cash.

Shit, I'm about to move to Florida if this keeps up... FOR FREE?!?!? As in on the next bill you don't get an increase?

Yup. I have had one replaced by allstate for free. they come to your house and do it. Leave your doors unlocked and you dont even have to wake up.
