jump off the "virus" bandwagon, it isnt as much of a problem for windows users as mac users and apple try to make it out to be

the only people who use the virus problem as an argument for mac over pc are the uninformed mac users or people trying to sell a mac

why do you think there is an apple commercial about the very subject? because 90% of americans are uninformed about "confusers", expecially when the OS is involved and apple is feeding off it like a baby on its moms teet

Oh that is not the only argument I have with mac as apposed to windows. There are plenty of others and most of us know about them as well. The only reason Microsoft came out with this is because vista was forcing people to upgrade and because it was not user friendly. People were very unhappy when they said that they were discontinuing support with XP and within a week had over a million signatures asking for the support to stay. Microsoft is not doing anything smart right now nor have they showed me any brilliant move.

MAC has viruses dumb fvck. The reason you dont hear about them is because nobody uses a MAC. If MAC was as popular as Windows there would be way more viruses. Even Steve Jobs recommended an antivirus for you MAC fan boys.

I've been running Windows 7 since May. There's only been one hardware issue I have had, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't because of 7. I used to be the type that though XP was the shit, but I decided to run 7 on a VM, and was impressed. I have yet to boot back into XP for anything. Haven't even used Linux lately. My buddy had 7 running on an old P.O.S. computer, that barely ran Vista. Was running 7 great, but wouldn't do Aero features.

I really don't see why people can't just say I prefer . . .X and be done with it. There is no harm in having a preference. However, they have to go on spouting BS to justify. I have been spouting the market share/probability of being targeted or for years and people don't get it.

Guess you dont know the story of how Microsoft came to be? The creator of Mac created a OS and Bill Gates stole it and turned it into Microsoft when they were supposed to be business partners.
