Will This Work?? LOC Converter

I've never in stalled a LOC in a vehicle that didn't have rear 6x9's so what happens if I....

Tap both (LEFT +/-) and (RIGHT +/-) inputs into only ONE center channel speaker?

EDIT: This is for a subwoofer amplifier only so I suppose the having the right and left channel be the same makes no difference... if i'm wrong please correct me.
