It could potentially work, but your subs would be underpowered. Kicker amps tend to be underrated in their power ratings, but I wouldn't rely on that to make up the diffence. The kicker subs you are getting can handle 150 rms, and have single 4 ohm voice coils. That means they would be getting 70 watts a piece according to the amp you chose.

I can see you are trying to buy on a budget here, and trying to find an amp to power two single 4 ohm voice coils can get expensive. A Kicker amp can work, but it would run you $300. I'd recommend looking into getting an amp that is stable down to 1 ohm, and puts out 300 watts rms at that impedance. Then, you could wire your subs down to 1 ohm, and power them happily.

I'm not sure how much you know about car audio, so if that doesn't make sense, don't be scared off. We will help.

Luckily, if you are interested, I have two older Kicker Comps with an amp that powers them well, and I would let you take it all for $50 for all I care, as long as you cover shipping.

Sounds like a good deal to me. or find a diff amp.
