Will this Sub+Amp setup sound correctly?

but would the the ratings of 150WRMSx2 at 2ohms more accurate than the bridged power of 300wrms at 4ohms??? since it is sure that the amp will give 150wrmsx2 and the 300wrmsx1 could be more an estimate??

i was told that at 4ohms bridged the amp will run easier and less under stress since its at higher impedance, do you agree????
