Will this setup work?

Ok i got a pioneer 4800 h/u and i got a premier GM-6150F amp (60x4 Or 150 X 2) rite now i got two rockfrod fosgate P1's 10 inch. They have a 150 rms and 300 max, same as the amp. Would it work if i hook up both subs to asperate channel on my amp (both get 150 watts) or would it be better to keep them in series sharing one channel (150 watts between them), i dont wanna blwo the subs or anything so i was wondering which would be the better way tohook them up each going to the seperate channel or splitting it. Rite now there set up in series pretty loud, with very little distortion at 3/4 volume.
