hey,
im about to put a sytem in my car (92 accord), and ive been going and buying things here and there. i recently bought these for my front. i dont plan to do rear speakers, and i plan to keep my deck which is jvc KD-SX780 (has a max output of 200w (50wx4)).
i have a friend willing to sell an eclipse amp and sub to me, the amp being an Eclipse EA3532 and the eclipse sub is unknown. my question is this:
The specs for the Eclipse amp are as follows:
-105W × 4 channel Max. Power Output at 2 plus 230W x 2 Max. Sub-Out
-60W × 4 channel (2), 120W x 1 channel (4), 0.1% THD Stereo @13.8V (RMS Continuous Power)
-40W × 4 channel (4), 120W x 1 channel(4), 0.1% THD Stereo @13.8V (RMS Continuous Power)
is that enough power to a point where not knowing what model the sub is is a concern? he bought the amp and sub together, and said that it SHOULD power the comps too. i just want to be reassured (numbers wise) that the amp is good to go for my layout (deck, comps, stock rears, and sub). any advice is appreicated. thanks!
