best way to seal a hole in a box

ive built a fiberglass box and drilled a 1/2" diameter hole to run the multiple wires through. what is the best way to seal it up?

i was thinking some sort of caulk of the yellow "Great Stuff" sponge looking thing.

what do u think?

i tried that caulk before and it never really worked well.... plus i dont feel like buying a caulk gun and caulk do use it once.

Go to your local shop, and buy a connector for it.

You dont need a gun. They sell those squeeze tubes at most hardware stores for pretty cheap.

is it a flat surface? get a small piece of wood and mount it on the inside to cover the hole. then silicone around the wood and silicon inside the hole from the outside.
