will this box design work

this box i am attemtping to make is for 2 12's l7's

i want each sub to have 2.6 net and the box tuned to 33hz so will this work

internal measurements

24.5x29.5x15.5=6.5

minus .20 for sub displacement

leaves 6.3cuft

port size 15.5w x 4.75 x 24.5 and the lip on the end should be 2inches high so 22.5long and then the lip comes up 2 inches

minus 1.04 for port leaves 5.2cu ft

equals 2.6cu ft per sub net

will that work and equal a 33hz tune
