Will this battery be ok for a 2nd one?

I found this battery in my garage the other day and was wondering if it will work as a backup battery or not.

haha thats not the issue, this is in my garage sitting. Im broke as it is if i can save 100 bucks itd be great.

that battery is 122 and change i sell the dekas for 120 plus shipping and i will be in norwalk ohio in 2 weeks that battery is not a good battery at all.
