Will this Amplifier power this Subwoofer properly?

Hi, I'm new here. Hopefully you all can help me out!

Amp: Pyramid - PB450PX - 500 Watt 4 Channel Bridgeable Amplifier (The Amp is a 2 Channel, not 4!)

Sub: TS-VR10 - 10" 600 Watt 2x4-Ohm EXT Subwoofer

I have both the Amp and the Sub already, I just haven't tested them together yet. The Amp is for the Sub only. If it can work, should the Sub be Bridged?

Yes wire it bridged at 2 ohms

The Amp says 2 Ohm Stereo Stable. You said to basically wire it Parallel to get the 2 Ohm load, then Bridge it, but should I said the Amp to Stereo or Mono after that? It has the button for Stero & Mono. Sorry if that's noob, but I am a noob, lol.
