Will this amp/sub combo work together?

Thinking about buying a pair of 12" JL 12W6's the original ones.

I have a jbl bp1200.1 that is 1ohm stable.

If I wire the subs in parallel, i'll get a 1.5 ohm load. Will this be ok?

Can these subs had 1200 together?

You will have a 1.5 ohm load not 1. The amp does 1200 at one so they may see about 1000 maybe 500watts per speaker which should be a perfect match. I believe the 12w6s are 500 watts rms each. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

the bp1200.1 does 1200 at 2. It also does 1200 at 1, it just runs under higher stress. 1.5 is better than 1 -- and with only 300w subs you should be able to run the gain REAL low which will help keep the amp happy.
