Will an Orion HCCA, with a mounting depth of 11-5/8" fit in my box? I measured the box heigth at about 12"

Wouldnt i need breathing room?

If that's the case then you still need to subtract 3/4" from the height to compensate for the bottom board, so no you do not have room for your sub.

I did take that into factor, the bottom board
