Will Pioneer AVIC Z1 fit?

Hey, I am driving a 2002 Trailblazer and was wondering if anyone knew if this unit fit in my vehicle. I measured it and thought it would fit quite easily but I went to Crutchfield.com (which is a joke) and they told me it would not. So any help would be valuable. Thanks

I believe the stock unit is the same as what was in my 2004 Tahoe, and I fit the Eclipse AVN6600 in with no problem. I didn't find a double din made specifically for it, but there is one that works. I can't remember which one I used, sorry.
