I bought a nokia a while back and i thought it was a tmobile...when i power it on with a tomible chip it says "Enter Restriction Code", which means it belong to another carier but i dont know what that carrier is. But i do have the IMEI number.

you can get those free nokia unlock softwares online. not sure if they work with your nokia.

Good luck, I had the same problem a while back with a phone. Your most likely gonna have to get it "Flashed"

i tried them...when i enter them its say's "Cannot Undo Restrction"

meaning, those codes probably have been used too many times on another phone.

you will need the IMEI and the carrier the phone is using, to unlock the phone with a code.
