Will my stock Mazda 3 alternator be enough?

Let me start off by saying, after my system is all said and done, I'll have two amps, one running at 250-300RMS, and one running at 1200RMS. Theoretically around 100 amps of max power.

If the big 3 is done and my alternator is 90 amps, I'm not going to have enough power, am I? This makes my heart sink, as high output alternators apparently don't exist for Mazda 3's because their output is regulated by the ECU.

Is there any workaround to this at all?

EDIT: Now I'm reading that the ECU only controls voltage and doesn't care about current so that a high output alternator would work, and that some do exist. So much conflicting information! Does anyone know what is true?
