if your not getting dimming, you should be alright without upgrading your alt. If you decide to run a real amp later on then you might need to upgrade it then. I dont see you having issues with another amp. but you Might. The big 3 would help.
also dont split it like that. Just get another 0 gauge run or something neater. dont put more current draw on a wire that cant draw the power from a larger one.

I ran 1/0 to the rear, and then a distro out to my amps....the easiest way and IMO best way of doing it

We can't possibly tell you if you'll need a new alt or not. It will depend greatly on your listening habits, which we have no control over or even a way to guess. You could hook a million watt stereo to your stock alt and be fine, assuming your listening habits kept the power draw within an acceptable level.

What I always recommend is, unless its obvious it isn't going to work (like 5kw on a 80amp alt), try it and see if you have dimming/voltage problems before spending the extra cash on an alternator. Just carry jumper cables with you the first couple weeks.

my habits are normal I guess with the occasional feeling of "i want to vibrate my car apart" I normally listen at about 1/3 level and only turn it up to about 3/4 when in the mood....you know what I mean
