that is what i did. I made the width an extra inch. and did the rest at home. We have a car and prob could not fit a half sheetx0.5
I make out a cutsheet first and then have them cut 1 inch bigger for the panels I need then cut the rest at home w/ my cheap $99 10" table saw.
they do charge now its like .50 cent a cut after the first 3 cuts..and they **** doing it so measure 1 inch too big so you can trim it later..they dont charge its free
Truth. I used to give tell the guy beforehand, get a $10 spot if the cuts are exact... and then they never charge for the cuts either.usually first cut is free...each additional cut I'm thinking 50 cents or so...they are usually off up to a 1/2 inch...but If you talk to the cutter maybe throw him a $10 spot ...he can probally get you some precise cuts...They can't do angles...only straight cuts...so you are limited
