Will a line driver help any?

What would be the advantage of putting a Phoenix Gold PDL1 before two Eq's and Three amplifiers? Would this give me clean sound and tighter bass

One stereo front line out into

Alpine 3342 Digital Signal proccesor

Three lines going out to..........

Phoenix Gold Bass Cube

Bass amp:Rockford Fosgate 600.1 bd

Front Amp:Rockford Fosgate 550.2

Rear amp: MTX Rt202

Center channel amp (Some kinda Sony Xplode) Bridged sum of left and right thru off of the 550.2

The 5900 has 4V outs, so I'm not sure there is much to gain... but I could be wrong.
