Will a line drive help me???

Ever since I've gotten my flip out, my sub doesnt seem as loud as it was when I had my premier 780. The premier had 5v pre-outs and my flip out has 2v pre-outs. So if I got this, would it help out?

readjust your gains, you should be ok with 2v, that isnt too bad

yeah 2 volts is plenty, unless you have such a low voltage that you are completely maxing your gain, that won't do much.

I used a line driver in my car because I have a CarPC and the sound card outputs way less than one volt, but 2v should be plenty, like others have said, adjust your gains.

Adjusting your gains should do it, but that depends on your amp. I used an old coustic crossover as a line driver with an alpine 9856 and a old kenwood amp, as the sub wouldnt reach potential. My new 500/1 doesnt need it!
