will a coaxial put out near as much midbass as a component set?

well there be alot more midbass in the components than coaxials casue i have heard some coaxials that my friends have and there is no bass at all it sound like all they have is tweeters and i hate that i want some midbass what would be the best coaxial i would get with alot of midbass? casue i dont have anywere to put components

get a pair of 5.25s or 6.5s and put them in a tiny sealed box.

yo got with 6.5's and put them in ur door if they can fit, then dynmat them and amp them. That is what i did and they sound dmn good.

cdt, oz, infinity, memphis, whole bunch that will do the job in most cases free air gives you more extention but lil less power handleing

there are some that act as good if not better than most comp sets. based on 3 factors AND in this order 1 INSTALL 2 how its crossed over, 3 the equipment mind you these are all factors but if you do the first 2 right the 3rd is less important

yup or these. you are sorta limited by the size but in the 5.25" range most components are lacking there anyway. a 5.25 is a 5.25 now focal has some subs that are 5.25 but they cost more apeice than your coaxials do for the pair. i know the memphis performs very well and has won a few sq trophies .......
