Why the hate on Audiopipe ASPM models??

AP now is the same as all the other korean amps out there man. The problem with this hobby is people are so brand loyal. If you would pay attention you'd know that they all come from the same place. They all have the same board layouts and same parts. The only differences are the cases.
APSM is not a korean board though so even though it is the topic, that's not what i'm referring to. I was merely responding to his statement.
I thought the samething at one time, untill I got to know a good amp repair man. i trust his word, they are not all created equal. Look at DD vs sundown, totally different.

well the board layouts may start similar, but ultimately will have deviation. currently the New saz line has fans and a complete new board,

but if you look at crescendo 3k lines, audioque 3500D, and the apk 3.5, they are all very similar,

but this can get carried even more, when you compare some of Audioque's boards to Hifonics upper lines as well.

A very FEW companies over seas design and make these boards, but the changes they undergo defines the companies amps.

Some will use better parts, some will go cheaper. this all changes the amps reliability and specs to a point.

Thats why a saz can be ran at .5 at 11V, where as some others cannot.

The ultimate point is this. If you can get better get it the first time, if not thats fine. Just dont expect top level preformance out of it. Just like you dont buy JL or another SQ based brand to go win SPL titles. Will it work? Yes. Will it work for a long time? Maybe

Look at DD vs DC vs Cactus vs about any other. They are for the most part all created equal. Post up who your amp repairman is so we can speak. I would guess you just misunderstood.

let me guess now you are going to tell me that aspm's are on the same level as my saz.... you guys can run whatever shiz you want but I will never run audiopipe.
Then you are a nut hugger dude. If it's the same board, same parts, and rolls out of the same factory it's the same thing. I specifically said the apsm is not the same. They aren't korean built.

i wont run them but they do rated. of course they wont sound like a higher end amp wnd will drop off hard in the lows but other than that go for it
My APSM1500 + AP TXX-BE15 has my back seat waving and all sorts of (unwanted) body flex playing the Hoods Run Down remix... Plays test tones down as far as i want. Not saying it would be anywhere near as nice as an SAZ1500 w/a Fi 15 would be, but it gets me there for well under 300 bones. I'm actually really **** impressed by it for as low buck as my system is.

Can you tell me more about it not playing well under 35 hz?... because I seriously can't tell. It's goes super-low. I mean seriously... even subsonics were playing very well in my old car with a box tuned to 32 hz. The system is all inside my house right now, as I just changed vehicles, or I 'd post a vid. I'm not trying to be a diick, so don't take it that way, I'm honestly curious about why you think it ***** on the low-lows...

because it does and anyone who has also tested them knows so. i couldnt help myself and "borrowed" one from a local pawn shop(75$ and i returned it). my db drive sounds tits from where my lpf is set and 28> the ap seemed to lack on the lows. and i went down on the gain thinking i was clipping but it was the same. (didnt change boxes filters etc). its ok for budget and i will say that again and again. but there is no comparison from ap to a higher brand and i wont call db a higher brand. they just built 2 series of amps the right way. but its all in prefrence anyway. you could never notice.

EDIT: i cannot believe tits was censored.
