Perhaps San Fran will open a **** clinic, where rapists can bring their victims to carry out lewd acts in a clean and secure atmosphere, where free anti-contraceptive drugs would be available. Counselors and medical personel would then be standing by on site to assist victims.
If the two scenarios are comparable, who is the **** victim in the shooting gallery?

also, regarding giving undocumented people driver's licenses, i support it for one reason.

I would rather have them linked back to a single identity than constantly using differing names every time they have contact with law enforcement.

I mean if i get three DUIs I'm going to prison for a long time, but if an illegal gets 10 under different names, he is still on the road.

I would guess taxpayers:p
fail.

the amount spent on providing clean needles is a lot less than it would cost to treat AIDS patients.

Also you are comparing an individual violent crime to an impersonal aggregate cost.

the two are distinctly different.

Horrible idea.

I'd let it exist exactly as they suggest though, if they changed one thing...

They switch the substance in the needle, from heroin/cocaine... to a dose of lethal injection.

They're the scum of the earth, get rid of them. Natural selection at its finest. When these worthless people reproduce... they inevitably lead to more worthless people who are leeches on our country.

kthnx.

In that state, then those people need to go to jail. They broke the law. Sounds like you helped them.
We don't need more clinics, we need more prisons.

I can see you have excessive sympathy for people who choose to flaunt our laws and endanger society. They made a choice, they live with the consequences.
yes, becaause putting them in prison costs taxpayers less than a shooting gallery.

In, TN you go to jail if caught driving without a license.

It depends if you feel if taking drugs is a crime against society. Even though only one person is using the drugs, all members of society are negatively affected.

As I understand it, this clinic would allow me to administer an illegally obtained intravenous drug legally. On one hand, I see how this would prevent the spread of AIDS and accidental overdose. On the other hand, I see a danger in pushing occasional or potential users into possible full-blown addictions, with the fear of prosecution or overdose removed.
