Here is what you do:

Have your local politician declare a specific day as Mexican Pride day. Have a "government sponsored" event in a big building...stadium or osmething like that.

Get everyone on inside and lock the doors so no one can get out.

Have a few dozen INS agents at every exit. Have a valid green card or visa? They get to leave with no further questions. No valid green card or visa? Get in the van.
