So I had my 2 12''s in my old roadrunner trunk and it banged, then I got a new truck that was single cab. I put the same box/subs in between the driver/passenger seat (took out middle seat) and it seemed "louder" but not as bassy. Not sure how to explain it, but it seemed to hit harder in my trunk. Is it because the trunk was a smaller area, and when I put it in the truck there was more room so it couldnt reflect off much? I plan on putting a beefy 15'' with lots of power, maybe I will be more impressed.
