why is sundown 3000 making poping noise?

iam running it at 2 ohm 1600? and the alt is stock 150

so the solution is getting a biger alty? or another batt? cause I dnt think they make 300 alty for a mercedes 2003 E 500.

well this 3000d probably tops out at 4500-4800 watts its a beast and there is noway a stock electrical can handle all that power

Try different RCAs, that's where I'd start. lulz at Sundown putting out 150% of rated power.
