Why do these speakers cost so much? (CDTs)

I currently have CDT Audio CL-61A and I'm looking to upgrade. Why are the ES 632i speakers $800? ES 632i

What would be some good step up speakers from the CL-61as.

sometimes,but definately higher end ones sound better and get louder

aside from speaker quality and what not... keep in mind you are also paying for life-time tech support and a 10 year warranty. Just saying, that's not offered with a lot of speakers.

Those are also from Crutchfield, which means you'll always pay twice as much.

The cdt's cost that much because of the higher end parts and more time spent in development.

I'd run these for a budget 3 way

Wow, very nice, almost half as much as the CDTs. What would be a good amp for the SLC 365s (a budget amp)? Looks like they are rated at Maximum 150 Watts, whats the RMS on these babies?

problem is ,they may be fakes.rainbow does not allow any internet sales period.look on their web sight they specifically say that.if they are real 100 watts rms.i have a dd c1b amp that would work nice on them 120 shipped like new
