why car headunits are so big

it is always in mind, and i really wonder why car headunits are so big, i can imagine a 7 inch tablet can do more than most of head units out there. it is serious question, i am not trolling so if you come back and answer with reasons or facts i realy appreciate it

Yeah, probably the built in amp. I don't even use that though, lol.
