The XXX6.5's never actually reached full boner stage. Remained pretty flacid...

LOL...two totally different leagues

Not saying that the CSX isn't a good driver, especially for someone on a budget. Many people use them and are more than happy with them. But, to compare them to the XXX mids.....not really a fair match-up. But, the XXX mids also cost 4x as much, so it should be expected.
