as for amp rack design and keeping them all the same angle, its hard to do that with the clearance for the hatch and keep it spread out so it looks like it fits correctly.

actually, no. we will fill them with expandafoam, and then we will use bushings so the rails never touch. couple bolts to squeeze it down and its all good.

there will not be so much as a squeek out of the tubing,ive got little rubber pads which will be sanwitched between the 2 rails when the upper is bolted in place...

thanks bro, i like to show it off. I know watching the sanding steps sure isnt as fun for all, but for those that have sanded, they appreciate the steps shown. The best thing about oversanding the tigerhair and duraglass steps is that the rage extreme and slicksand steps were very very minimal.
