Thinking 07+ 5series maybe?
07+ 3 or 5 series. They have the same look, the only difference is that the 5 series is a little wider.

id take an equivalent lexus over bmw any day, but theres no lexus than i would take over an m5

Why not an IS350? Want to save on gas?

Being as they are pretty close in price. Would you guys rather have a fully loaded Honda Accord or a BMW 328?
The Accord is a better long term investment hands down. Maintenance on a BMW is insaine costly.

But I'd probably go with the BMW because I've already owned a fully loaded Accord Coupe.

Basically the story is like so...

My buddy is getting promoted at work and should make about 85-90k (currently makes about 70k) and he drives a ford ranger. He wants a new car and he is thinking about the accord fully loaded. But said that he also looked at BMW. I thought BMW for the status thing (he is building site expert and in charge of the entire facility) but he is thinking the accord for reliability. So perhaps you answered it. He is right going with a really nice accord.

Yup. But he won't look like a baller. Course what do I know. I run a company and I drive a massive Jeep, not a bimmer. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

The maintenance on the BMW is not all that bad if you know where to get parts and have a good mechanic. Especially with a 3-series since there are so many on the road. If you were to totally alien to both cars, and someone pulled the badges off the car and you drove them back to back, the 328i would really stand out. We have not had issues with reliability. Most issues, from what I have seen, usually come from the models that are heavily laden with electrical gizmo's, and mostly the 7-series. A manual 3-series is one of the better all around, reasonably priced cars on the road. And the combination of the manual with their super smooth I-6's is excellent. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yes, the insurance is a little higher, but they do hold their value well, and have a much better sporting nature then the Honda. And yes, we owned both a Honda and the BMW at the same time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
