I heard recently that Rockford bought out Orion or possibly owned part of Orion. Not sure how true that statement was since it was clearly he say she say...... Anybody have any further information on this??

Are you talking recently or when Jim Fosgate owned Fosgate? Back in the day, the Orion founder built circuit boards for Jim Fosgate.

no i waited about 3 months and never got the initial product i ordered and he kept saying itll be there soon blah blah blah so i filed a claim, spoke with this dude on the phone and everything and we ended up getting it settled, this guy turned out to be a scammer anyways, was a good person for years i guess then out of no where screwed over alot of people somehow

They actually do plan to bring back the Art series in 2010. They so far seem a lot more customer service oriented than DEI ever was.

They also brought back the "Rubicon" and "Reference" lines for Soundstream. The Rubicon's look gorgeous (IMO), but it seems to be a resemblance in name only otherwise.
