Which would be most efficient setup

I have two MTX 81000D powering two JL 13w7's one each. Each subs have dual 1.5 coils wired in series for a 3 ohm load. My question is this current setup the most efficient setup or can I get more out of it with one amp powering both subs wired in series/parallel at 1.5 ohm.

If by efficient you mean more for your money, dont buy that setup.

As stated I already have this equipment that I have laying around and by efficient I mean running one sub per amp or one amp two subs considering the possible wiring configurations.
