Which would be better?

Amp: Sundown Saz 3500 running low at .5 ohms

Right now, I have a psi platform 3 18 in the smallest box recommended for it. i actually refaced a box from 2 12's...its not the best but it works and is tuned at 36 hz.

But, I am consider going for 2 beefy 12's that can handle 4k and building a boxed tuned around 30 hz and giving them plenty of room to play in.

So...the question is, if i switch too the 2 12's...will i be disappointed? or will it be worth it if they are in the right box
