Which Wire?

I am new to car audio and I know this is a simple question. Which wire is positive and which is negative. I have a blue wire and a silver wire. Thanks..

I always do mine blue positive silver negative.

I usually do the lightest color wire positive and darkest negative.... Red, silver, yellow, orange (positive) and black, blue, purple, etc(negative)

If its an amplifier kit usually the ones I have seen and used are blue positive and silver negative.

Both mine are silver, lol! Had to tape one of them just to know which one is positive and which one is negative.
