Which subs would be the loudest?

btw, im saying hdc because its just my new favorite sub.

i would doubt you will notice a huge difference in loudness between those drivers if they were properly installed (talking about the hdc and type r's)

I was leaning towards the R's or the HD3's but which would get the loudest and sound the best in 4 cubes per 15 and 2200 RMS per 15. Which would hold up the best and last for a while as a daily driver.

No offense, but if the OP has to ask what subs he should use do you really think he's got an electrical system sufficient enough to support 4,500 watts RMS.

What it's going to come down to is purely personal preference.

I do have the electrical to back it. I have pretty much already decided on the HD3's because I have used them before and they are very stout and sound very good. I do not have experience with the other 2 options but I have heard that they can take around the same amount of power and get about as loud. I was just asking to see if any people had maybe used all of the subs and if so which subs they had the best experience with.

See that is what I am looking for other people's experience with the Type R's and the L7's. I have already had the HD3's and know that they can take the power no problem. How about the R's will they take 2200 watts RMS a piece?
