which subs to pick

what is gonna be my best option

im all about SQ but love SPL as well...

i already ordered the amp, it is a Hifonics bx1500

sub choices are:

3 w6v2 10"s

1 12" xxx

1 eclipse titanium 12"

1 12" brahma..

what is gonna be the best fit for me, this is going into a very large ported box in the back of a firebird custom built

I would say to go with the Eclipse Ti 12. You might check out the 15" sub as well.

I know that you didn't have this as an option, but you might check out the Thunder 9500 12" or 15" sub.

i agree on the mtx suggestion. Those subs sound so amazing its unbelivable. And they r definatly worth the price .

Well i am gonna have to set you turkeys straight and say go with the XXX especially with the large ported box!! It will wang very very hard and have very nice SQ!! Mine is in 2.7ft^3 tuned to 28hz and it is simply amazing in both departments!! I mean with the hifonics Bx1500 mine gets way louder then i need and it is only 2.7Ft^3 and with a low tuning of 28hz! Tune higher for more SPL but i dont think you will need it!
