Which speakers will give me good bass?

I just bought Kenwood KFC 1667 6 1/2 speakers for my 97 Sentra, but they don't provide the amount of bass I am looking for. Can anyone let me know of 6 1/2's that have better bass? I don't know if the fact that I have a Sanyo system hurts that much, but the bass is not a large improvement over my stock speakers. I was thinking about going with the Jensen CV 650's instead, but I wasn't sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

how about you go with a sub? 6 1/2 arnt for bass there for midrange.
