Which Route Should I Go?

I have an Infinity sub picked out. It's 300W RMS, and 1200W peak. I'm having trouble finding a reasonably priced amp to pair it to. Link to it is here: Infinity 1262W Reference Series 1200W 12" Subwoofer

The ohm's and impedance are what throw me off...

I'm also thinking about going with a powered sub. The first one is the p300-12, and the other is the infinity basslink. I figure I could add one now, and in the future I could add a second.

Not sure which route is better....
